🔨👩‍⚖️⚖ This was a BIG increase! 9,297 MOAR sealed indictments were just added to the Federal Criminal Database bringing the total to 474,929 cases. Unsealed remains at 50,160 since February. The list of bad guys continues to grow. 🌊💦 ⚖ 👩‍⚖️ 🔨 (bad-boys.us) LET'S GOOoOoooo!!!

Question...do sealed cases show up for lawyers via subpoena? Asking for a family member that is inexplicably in federal prison with no real crime listed and is not a flight risk.

There are lawyers on this board that can confirm, but I believe that a Sealed Indictment is only made public when they are ready to panel a grand jury.

Maybe your relative is being held on lesser charges waiting for their turn with a grand jury court date.

doesn't the grand jury come back with the indictment? I don't believe the govt can just hand out indictments. not a lawologist so cannot confirm.
