Its the same misunderstanding as with Patriots in control. This doesnt mean that the Patriots control every event, it means they control the direction of travel. The Patriots are driving the herd to a singular point but there are still strays. The death cult is not without resources. They still have an ability to cause trouble. But it is an inevitability that they are rounded up and herded to the same point of justice and accountability we all are. This is the control.
