Is this what went wrong on Lahaina and Chile fires where RF frequency was sent back to earth? We’re there small calibration tests over Canada last year?

Who knows? Power over loads requiring bleed off discharges? Aiming sessions that missed?

Classified launch missions that are now being revealed after testing?
