These assholes think he has no power over them. His real estate has the power to devastate a community for DECADES if he leaves it shitty and vacant. They are complete dumbasses. How much of NYC does he own?

I would think the city would tax based on sqft, not on profit/remt/lease amount if government felt they would lose $
