Peg wasn't really a ditz, she was more superficial/shallow than anything.

Honestly, she was pretty cynical and quick-witted herself, just not nearly as cynical as Al, who was borderline blackpilled...

Yeah, I'm not getting using MWC as the example AT ALL. One of the best shows over. The humor in that show would today send the snowflakes racing to their social medias to complain before the first commercial break.

... in spite of how dysfunctional the Bundies were, it's weird how subversively right wing the show was... Especially when you consider Marcy, the obnoxious neighbor who was always doing some bizarre left wing cause that was an inevitable punchline of the episode
