DWAC - Tender Offer - Do Not Accept It Don't Be Fooled!

It is time for a very important reminder for DWAC shareholders.

Brokers will be contacting you to relinquish your shares for a tender offer of $10. Do not accept the tender offer!!!

Every SPAC is required to broadcast to their shareholders the opportunity to trade their shares back for their original book value - in this case $10.

DWAC will be voting for merger with Donald Trumps - Trump Media and Technology company on March 22nd. The merger vote is not the tender offer. If you accept the tender offer you will be giving away your shares for $10. It is currently trading for $45.

Again, do not accept the tender offer as you will be screwing yourself.

I put in a limit order yesterday for 25k shares, it went up and down past my limit order 4 times for it to finally fill ,I recive 5 to 10k everytime it went past....

Never saw that before, it's dry as burnt toast right now.
