Anything less than total vindication for the plaintiffs suing United would be a blow to freedom of conscience and personal sovereignty.

Yes. If United Airlines board had any morals or concern for the company and profits, they would fire him. I heard on the radio yesterday that United is focusing on hiring blacks and women as pilots too!
