IT will take that long to try ALL the criminals both in the Courts Martial aspect and the SPECIAL COUNCILS indictments of the other low lifes...YES, I do believe that there will be a CIVILIAN COURT for the NOT-SO-FORTUNATE to have NOT gone to GITMO...GITMO IS BEING RESERVED FOR THE HIGHER UPS...
