one adviser expressed concern that promising to deport massive numbers of people who haven’t been convicted of a crime could hurt Trump in a general election campaign.

They're here illegally. Proof is their physical presence.

For more manpower, just transfer those useless 87,000 new IRS agents to Border Patrol, bedpan/vomit division.
