That does seem pretty unlikely, for him to use the phrase 'Phase 2' out of nowhere.

Far more normal word choice would have been 'Part 2' (or maybe 'Episode 2').

Those interviews are nearly always broken up into Parts. I've never seen them called "Phases" before.

Likelihood this is a Q proof feels like over 90%
