In an ideal world, that would be priority one. Instead, we have to be in a defensive posture fighting on a bunch of different fronts to avoid being overwhelmed.

More than a little frustrating that so many still go along with it.

But culturally, we are able to become more vocal and come together and that alone is evidence that we are coming out of that defensive posture.
