FYI: AT&T here. iPhones. Husband and I on same account. Same household. His phone was not working or able to make calls, mine was. The only difference we could find is that he has IOS 17, and I don’t like to update, so I’m still 16. My sister (same town) was also operational. iOS 15. Not sure if that’s relevant, but interesting to note.

I’m on IOS 15. No AT&T cell. Daughters are on same account, iPhones updated to 17. Neither have cell signal (Denton, TX) or here in the same house.
