Should be noted I'm canadian and thus haven't directly dealt with them. I've only heard stories, mostly from friends moving south and having to pay $140 a month for their "services" that only function 4 months a year.

There was a problem with my phone for a few hours yesterday. T-Mobile and Spectrum (Charter). Specifically email through Yahoo. That and the router locking up all day. I’m in NV.
