I'm thinking the good elements of NSA & Space Force have tech that the other two just can't keep up with. Including quantum level computing resources with an AI & Looking Glass, along with a lot of inherently good people that have been working on this a while.

"Provided by God" at every turn as well. Nobody ever said He isn't tech-savvy!
