DWAC Tender Offer
Don't Be Fooled!
I received an email with a tender offer under the current market price for DWAC. I wanted to see what others thought about the offer.
Not selling, let’s see what happens when the warrants run their course, I think it’s 5 years from purchase that they expire. The warrants are DWACW. I also have DWAC, I’ll hold them at least another 5 years.
Q for you:
I have a bunch of warrants also but have read that when they expire they can be worthless. Is this something I have to watch closely when the end date approaches, or can they be converted to whole shares (via offer) later on?
The way I understood it is they expire and are worthless after 5 years. You can buy real shares before they expire for 11 bucks. Does anyone have a better answer? Or am I correct?
DWACW expire 6/30/2028. Lots of time to sell, convert to shares with $11.50 per warrant or even the outside possibility of a cashless conversion per order of TMTG (Trump Media & Technology Group). Post merger, TMTG will trade on Nasdaq with the symbol of DTJ for the shares and DTJW for the warrants.
I have the DWACU (shares plus warrants). Any gouge on them, or do they split into shares and warrants.?
