The wisdom in the Bible can stand on its own.
If you research the Sumerian cuneiform tablets, you will see where the bible gets its stories from, the creation of man, the garden of Eden, the great flood, the return of Enki, etc.
Things happen and are written down in multiple places. In any event that's only like a few pages in the beginning.
