Illegal Immigrant from Venezuela killed nursing student on UGA campus in Athens, GA

The suspect in the death of August University student Laken Riley appeared before a judge Saturday morning. The judge revoking 26-year-old Jose Antonio Ibarra's bail. Ibarra who is lives in Athens is charged with felony murder, kidnapping. During a Friday press conference officials said that Ibarra is not a U.S. citizen.

The brother of a man accused of murdering a 22-year-old nursing student on University of Georgia’s campus has been arrested after officials say he was caught with a fake green card.

If we allow someone to drive our car, who is not legal to drive it, and they go out and kill someone with that car, the car owner is held legally responsible to pay for damages.

That same standard needs to apply to the federal govt. when they allow illegal aliens to enter the country.
