I doubt that even this bitch would be so stupid as to actually think that, much less say it in public.

Governors do not have authority to determine guilt, punishment, and take property in one fell swoop.

If she really made this statement (if it's not a fake), then she doesn't understand how the system works.

It would be great if we could force intelligence and knowledge tests on people in government.

The results would be shocking to most people.
