This is an INSANE legal concept imo. Imagine "Red Flag" laws, but for your MONEY. The state, bank, ex-girlfriend, finds some reason to deem you crazy, and they FREEZE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT?! This must be stopped IMMEDIATELY. I don't care how "crazy" a person is, you can't just take their rights of property unless they've committed a crime. It's a slippery slope.

There's video going around of Wendy seemingly acting crazy, I BET SHE IS going crazy. She has to obey her "guardian" or she can't do SHIT.
