Take this with a grain of salt. I think the X poster stole this off of 4chan and that is why he screenshot it instead of linking. I can't prove it, but the background color and font color sure look familiar.
Edit - Actually I just searched for some of the text and this has been going around since 2022 and posted by various different people.
Search the net for "without Ukraine, the global order may not survive" and you will see other instances of this going around (and you show up already for posting this here).
