UnitedHealth Group is blaming a state-sponsored threat actor for a disruptive cyberattack on its subsidiary Change Healthcare.

Suspected nation-state is responsible. That's the second time I've seen that claim in relation to hacking incidents. Is anyone disclosing, definitively, just which nation-state is doing the dirty deeds?
