This is absolutely terrifying. How can we verify if this reddit/4chan/whatever posting is a fictional larp or truthful information?

We strangely STILL seem to 'know nothing' about what these calamari-like growths are. Why is that? After two years of finding them and no one has come forth with true forensic DNA test results as to their structure and composition, have they? It seems to me this is imperative that we determine what they are.

Does anyone have a forensic report on the structure of these?
