Eh, IDK.....seems like virtually NO movies are filmed in california any more. For years & years now, movie production has been fleeing CA in droves, going to GA, TN, Canada; literally pretty much anywhere BUT California.

So I'm unsure how totally critical it is for a seasoned actor like stallone to stay in CA.

Further; I read over the years that the porn industry was also fleeing california EN masse for Vegas & overseas.

California has literally driven out a couple of its core industries that it largely gave birth to....
