Someone please explain to me how in the state known for "no bail" where murderers run free, a $100 million bond pending appeal in a victimless, civil trial is not enough?! James needs to be disbarred for selective prosecution (I'm guessing there is such a thing - I'm not a lawyer). Also violates Constitutional principle of equal protection under the law.
