Add to that, in CT, the inmates are given iPads! The iPads are weapons with glass and metal. No more dogs sniffing visitors for drugs…inmates preventing cell doors from being locked at night and tickets are discouraged, while only 1-2 staff on. Not only are police liable for doing their job, CO’s can be sued by the inmates as well.
