Yes, I understand. But it's a little bit different domestically where you can choose to not go along with it, where as on my end we can refuse the vaccine, but the result is that we will continue to be denied my wife's immigration visa.

It's a possibility. I'd prefer to be able to go home and be with my family. So I will advocate for that option first. My wife is chinese. We met and married in third country her and we're depend on a work visa to stay here. Which is part of why I wanted to go back to the states and have a shithole that I can call my own.
Totally agree, if we had a country that was not run by a bunch of evil cunts, then someone could fight against the mandates and they definitely wouldn't be forcing people to vaccinate. I'm going to keep bitching and complaining about this because it's driving me fucking insane. While everyone else is quitting, deleting data, denying that they ever took part in this, you still have the ACIP and the CDC still actively trying to FORCE people to get the jab by openly requiring the jab in public documentation.
This is not a suggestion, this is a requirement created directly by the government and being enforced by the government to take an experimental medical treatment that have no benefits for any third party, no benefits for the person taking the jab, and extreme risk to the person taking the jab.

Experimental is still true....as of today, NONE of the vaccines, boosters or test kits have been 'approved' for anything other than 'emergency use only'
