I believe at least 95% of Congress is corrupt: they have either done insider training, not been legitimately voted in, misused campaign finances, been blackmailed, have been or are currently involved in compromised positions (sex acts, trafficking, drugs), have made deals with lobbyists for gain, are actual democrats who ran as republicans (hence the Rinos), etc.
