Yes it is. My husband found it online and after reading up on it he decided to buy one phone. He liked it so much and the bill was 2/3rds cheaper or a whole lot cheaper, that he got rid of his minutes flip phone and bought another phone for his own personal use. And we don't have to deal with ATT, only Consumer Cellular when they have to pay for the tower usage.
