Book of Enoch. Specifically states the forbidden knowledge given to man. Metallurgy, sorcery, pharmakeia, knowledge of plants, etc...

what if you are a descendant of an angel species? do the rules bend?
Book of Enoch is pretty clear that those decendants of the Sons of God and the Daughters of Adam are very much an abomination to God, being so far as one of the reasons the Biblical Flood happened.
what if angel/human procreation happened after the flood?
Not likely, since God had the Watchers, or the fallen angels responsible for the whole thing, bound until Judgement Day, where they'll be cast into the lake of fire, to be destroyed. See Book 1, Chapter 4, Verses 13-14
