I don't even remember what year long ago I started bitching about congress not having "line item veto". Oh wait. It was when Georgie was prez. It is just insane. That is how you get rid of pork and other things that abuse taxpayers. Omnibus bills are the biggest con of all but of course the corrupt want them!
