She didnt eat her breakfast. My wife said she slept all day. This really isnt too abnormal for her.
I got home, she was looking extra sad. She always looks sad. The lump looked like it got bigger. I really wish i could have the lump removed or drained. She eventually git off the couch. Wagging her tail with a little spring in her step. Then she was looking for food. Since it was like 8pm i didnt put anything but cbd oil in her food. She ate it and hounded us for our food. It really sux having to say no to her. We are soo used to sharing our food with her.
Still got goopy stuff coming from her nose. I know the bad stuff gotta find a way out and i really hope thats what it is.
Im not sure about the cbd oil. After she eats, she passes out. Im not even giving her that much. Have you ever had the dead weight of a pit bulls head on your arm? I bet that head of hers wieghs half her body weight😂.
Just want to thank everybody for the kind words, payers and encouragement.
Our pit bull kept getting little pus like sacks all over him. Every 3-6 months and they would give us antibiotics to clear him. He still has scars from that but when I took him off food with grains he hasn't had a breakout in a year or more. I buy him dry food with salmon, sweet potatoes and one other main ingredient. It was just from allergies which I've been told is common for pits.
Yes, we have two dogs, one is pit/rottie and the other is a xl pit, and he's mostly blue w/some tan & white chest. Since getting him as a little nugget, he's had issues with white bumps that the vets said were "puppy bumps". They would give him antibiotics &/or steroids. But now they have no idea what's wrong with him. After his last shots, he got the bumps all over his body (still see the white spots where hair has not fully grown back yet), then he randomly would get hives all over his entire body, and my goodness his poor paws have taken the worst beating, swollen, angry red with red bumps between his toes & under his paws between the pads. I think it all got worse after the vet suggested he get an allergy shot (cytopoint), which we didn't realize was very bad for him.
We've been trying to detox him with cooking their food (no dog food) and putting supplements in with their food. We wonder if he has a little bit of a chicken allergy, so we've not cooked them chicken. Lately his coat has been getting better, but his paws and around his mouth are still sore, and we've noticed he has lately been getting the bumps again but much slower, like one - one day maybe a few days later another bump. We are starting to get pollen here now though, we are in the south, maybe he's allergic to pollen & grass. These boys will not be getting anymore vaxxes.
