Timing is everything. I believe that Trump will be immune from the 14th amendment, but Congress and the DS will not be. How to remake the government in a short time frame. And the WHs got the democrats to do it to themselves. Boomerang incoming.
I'd imagine that the 14th amendment doesn't apply to foreign occupying forces. It will be fun watching them try to pull that card.
