120 HUGE decision out of DC Circuit this morning saying the proceedings before Congress on Jan. 6 did not involve the "administration of justice" as that phrase is used in the Sentencing Guidelines. I think this means the J6ers who were hunted down based on the J6 testimony and evidence are being illegally detained. Since none of that was classified as "administration of justice". And justice administered is in question.
I don't remember anything in the constitution give congress the power of the courts.
Looks like a blatant violation of the separation of powers.
It definately is a violation. All that is needed is proof that Congress was directing who to go after.
Congress can limit the jurisdiction of the Courts, not the "power" of the Courts per se.
