How fresh is the data though? They have like 30 days to report trades so often by the time we hear about them entering a position they likely have already left it right before the stock price plummets.

Sorry, I don't know the answer. I found this on 8kun and thought it was interesting due to all the past conversations regarding insider trading. I had no idea there was a site to even see it at all.
