Some people jump to the most outrageous things when it's more likely they just used paid arsonists. It's like the ones who keep trying to claim that the WTC towers were taken down by space lasers when we know major renovations in the elevator shafts by a shady company happened months earlier and that is a perfect place to hide remote-controlled explosives and the buildings went down exactly as an implosion a beam coming from above would have looked very different than floors blowing in sequence.
