There are three kinds of propaganda: the big lie - if you tell a big enough lie often enough, most people will come to believe it; glittering generalities - basically just happy talk and, making mountains out of molehills.

Truly skilled propaganda is an artful blend blend of all three. Bullshit, exaggeration and just enough sugar sprinkled on top to make it palatable.
