Entrusting the prosecution of the former President and his key legal advisors to Fani Willis and her covert lover, Nathan Wade, has now boomeranged massively on the lawfare strategists. It’s a foregone conclusion at this point that both Willis and Wade will be removed from the case, perhaps even disbarred.
Should that happen, there is a genuine chance the entire case will be dismissed since Fulton County authorities would be faced with the prospect of having to assign a new prosecutor, who would have to start all over again from scratch. Such a new prosecution case with a new prosecution team would never be ready to take Trump and his codefendants to trial in November.
Starting over from scratch means they will have to convene a new Grand Jury. Fruits of the poisonous tree demand this. GJ can take a year or more to hear all the evidence and hand down an indictment. So in my estimation, if Fani and her personal injury special prosecutor are removed, the case is over.
And this casts shade on all the other cases as well.
Rotate his head 180 degrees. Stelter's face is on the opposite side.
