What happens to all of the elite's names (The Ohio St. University Wexner Medical Ctr., Nancy Pelosi Dr., Mario Cuomo Bridge, George Bush Intercontinental Airport, etc.) that are plastered all over airports, bridges, streets, parks, once they have been dealt with for crimes against humanity? There are bunch of them.

Ideas:

If you have a long straight road going somewhere important then you could name it the Donald Trump Highway.

if, on the other hand, you have a short, crooked road going nowhere you might call it the Jerry Nadler Street.
