One of my friends had a kindergardener grab her crotch. She instinctively grabbed his hand and pulled it away. She was reprimanded; the boy was not. The school did not talk to the parents about what the child did.
Call the police. Its a sexual assault. Then let the admins deal with the fallout
That would have gotten her fired! That incident was the last straw for her. She's decided to leave education and is currently job hunting.
