When I see videos of stores being looted I know crimes are being committed. When the video footage of major fires where the only things unburned are buildings with blue roofs or blue cars I know a crime has been committed. As to the 2020 election there are multiple indicators; a crime was committed. Then there is the Jan 6 treasonous acts by both Congress and the Senate in not allowing elector challenges to be heard.
