That's the real, unvarnished, unmedicated Joe, taken in outside lighting with no filters, makeup, teleprompter, etc.

When at the podium for presentations they do all kinds of things to make him look and speak better.

This is the Joe we've been seeing for the past 3 years in my opinion.
