"Capitalism" is a concept mainstreamed by Marx, and is defined by the concentration and monopolization of capital.

"Free market economy" is where participants are free to choose how they engage with each other, and is defined by freedom to engage with each other and reap the rewards.

"Real capitalism" seems pretty close to "real communism" - a myth that doesn't really exist.

The West was always on the back foot to communism during the 20th century, because they played the game on Marxism's terms. They took Marx's definition of capitalism and tried to make it into a good thing, whereas what they were really aiming for is a free market economy. (ala Hayek)

Play the game on your enemy's terms, and you let them define the field. Play on your own terms. Define the field you play on.
