Have you looked at the history of Congress members not seeking re-election? This isn't new, it isn't unique, and it isn't even some record high.
We just hit 50. 2012 had 53, 2018 and 2022 had 55.

This is also exactly what we'd expect to see to clean out the house. There are a lot of swamp creatures, and so it makes sense that it takes several years of resignations to clear them all out.

I saw the original post, but notice it started in 2018 cycle, a year after Q, so seeing 2012, 5 years BEFORE Q had even more I thought put things into context a bit more.
