Want to get off my blood pressure medicine so I have been looking for solutions to help. Before anyone says to exercise, it's not easy for me as I have health issues that make it difficult.
I tried Olive Leaf Extract, it made my body ache, made me acid worse, made the bottom bp number go down a little, but I noticed the top bp number went up. So, stopped taking that.
So, I recently read about how beets can help lower blood pressure, so I figured what the heck, I'll try it. Just picked some beet root supplements and I will start taking them tomorrow.

One thing to watch for with the Total Beets chews. I haven't checked to see if this is true for the tablets too. At Walmart, the Total Beets Blood Pressure chews and regular beet chews have the same number of chews - 60. But the blood pressure chews look like they have twice the amount of super beet superblend. However, that's for two chews, regular ones it has half that amount but it's listed for for one chew. Pretty darned sneaky since the blood pressure chews are $5 for the EXACT SAME THING.
