Okay I just checked moments ago, Steve Garvey was ahead of Adam Schiff in the counting which shocked me.
He was like at 1.8 Million compared to Schiff's 1.1 Million, then a minute ago I just watched Garvey suddenly lose almost a million of his votes like nothing in a flash where Schiff suddenly gained a few thousand more votes in return while losing absolutely nothing.
This shit is literally corrupt beyond a shadow of a doubt, I believe the white hats will be doing something to counter this fraud.
If I saw Steve Garvey ahead by almost a million over Schiff, then lose his massive gains unrealistically. There's hope this bullshit can be countered. Because surely if this happens in the November election, it will definitely will be much larger than it is now.
Here's the evidence, thankfully a family member took a picture of the evidence before and after the numbers changed.

Edit: More evidence including time stamp for the votes taken off both before and after, the seconds are different since the time might seem as if it is the same but not exactly.
Both images show the time as 1:36. Is there an image of 1:37 or later.
I would to get the live time stamps on the other device that took screenshots of them, unless they were at the same time nearly to where you couldn't identify them apart.
I just airdropped them to my phone so you wouldn't be able to unfortunately see the dates.
They happened almost immediately same time, I wasn't able to look sooner because I was busy when I should have been watching the race without taking my eyes off of it for a moment.
I'm just looking at the time stamp next to the CNN "Live Last Updated" at the top.
Actually I have the active time stamps seconds wise, thank God the device actually tells you that information of the actual time. It might seem the same minute wise, but seconds wise was different.
