No one GIVES is rights, though. Our rights in the USA are defined as Natural Rights, and WE grant some rights to government so they can work for us as a whole to provide for the common defense, etc.

Anything not specify ceded to them is ours. There should be no laws impeding our rights to defend ourselves and our property. There should only be laws granting them power to incarcerate actual criminals (not thought crime, etc.)
