This goes beyond the harm done by the vaxx product itself. Big pharma ran a multi-billion dollar scam on the US taxpayers by promoting mandates, and forced jabs. Trump was against mandates.
Trump promotes the vaxx, but he never calls out the asshole pharma corporations who lobbied for those [illegal] mandates.
And, he never calls attention to the fact that mRNA is a gene manipulation drug- NOT a true, traditional "vaccine," thus giving cover for the deceptive advertising, and lack of informed consent that many in the public were subjected to.

Trump will continue to get the bashing he rightfully deserves when he talks about the vaxx, until he decides to also talk about those things that are objectively wrong with the way the vaxx was forced onto the public.
