He describes the current surveilence super state of Chyna and how we do NOT want that with its many dangers. He also criticizes the engineers who have taken the technology of the west and stretched it to develop into this terrible social credit slavery system. I agree, shame on the unethical engineers and technocrats who think it is just really neato to be involved in the development of this harmful technology. The new AI systems will allow the super state to manipulate our very perceptions of reality. Unchecked this will result in: "The ultimate fascist collusion between gigantic self-interested corporations and paranoid security-obsessed Anti-Human governments." We are kind of already there.
