How can anyone file directly with SCOTUS? There are very few instances where SCOTUS has original jurisdiction. Even the Brunson case started in lower courts then learned of a path to bypass the Appellate Court.
You're right. I am NAL, but I'm also pretty sure you can't add new evidence in a SCOTUS (or any appeal). I'm worried this smells like grifting. The SCOTUS isn't even in session next week.
