If you listen to Q, Trump, and the few other trustworthy voices, I think it's clear that such a worst case scenario will be prevented.

At every stage of the PLAN the cabal has had the option to try and flip the chess board over and resort to open war like you describe. MIL has been prepared for that since before Trump walked down the escalator.
